Climbing the Leaderboards in ARC Raiders Season 3 Week 2 Trials

Message par igxccom »

Weekly challenges bring a competitive edge to ARC Raiders, and the latest Season 3 Week 2 Trials continue that tradition. These rotating objectives test a variety of skills—from exploration to combat—and reward players who can complete them efficiently.

For those hoping to earn three stars on every challenge and move up the leaderboard ranks, a smart approach is far more effective than simply jumping into raids blindly.

Understanding the ARC Raiders Trial System

Trials unlock when players reach level 15 and serve as a weekly ranking system. Each week introduces a set of challenges that award points based on performance.

Every challenge includes three star thresholds, and players receive rewards for each one they reach. Meanwhile, the total points earned determine your placement on the leaderboard.

Each leaderboard group contains 100 players of similar rank. The top 20 players gain double promotions when the week resets, while positions 21–50 earn a single promotion. Falling near the bottom risks dropping to a lower tier.

Because of these mechanics, maximizing efficiency during Trials is essential for consistent progression.

Completing the Traffic Tunnel Container Challenge

One of the Week 2 tasks focuses on opening containers within traffic tunnels in the Locked Gate Mode.

When the gates open during the event, rush toward the tunnels and begin interacting with every container you see. Car trunks, electrical boxes, standard crates, and security breach containers all count toward the objective.

This challenge rewards quick looting routes, so traveling light and prioritizing mobility can help you finish it much faster.

Maximizing Points from Raider Caches

Another Trial revolves around searching Raider caches across the map. While these appear in standard gameplay, the most efficient method involves playing during the Hurricane Map Condition.

Hurricane mode introduces First Wave caches, which provide double points for this challenge. Not only does this speed up your progress, but these caches also frequently contain valuable loot.

Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds are particularly good maps for Hurricane runs due to their accessible routes and frequent cache spawns.

Targeting Powerful ARC Enemies

Some Trials focus on dealing damage to specific enemies, including Rocketeers, Leapers, and Bastions.

The Blue Gate map during the Locked Gate event is one of the easiest places to find these targets. Several Rocketeers appear in fixed locations, making it easier to plan your attack route.

Wolfpack grenades are a powerful tool for completing this objective. They deal heavy damage and allow players to eliminate large enemies quickly without risking prolonged firefights.

Eliminating Ticks in One Raid

Another challenge requires players to destroy Ticks. The fastest strategy is to visit Stella Montis during a night raid.

The Seed Vault area contains large numbers of these small enemies, allowing players to eliminate enough of them in a single run to earn maximum points. The Medical Research zone nearby can serve as a backup location if additional targets are needed.

Clearing the Swamp on Dam Battlegrounds

The final Week 2 Trial involves destroying ARC enemies in the swamp section of Dam Battlegrounds. The area near the Hydroponic Dome Complex is the most reliable spot to find targets.

During major map conditions like Hurricane or Night Raid, stronger enemies such as Leapers and Bastions may patrol the area. Taking down one of these larger machines can often provide enough points for a three-star rating instantly.
