Got a warning from my ISP about torrenting. Should I be worried?

Yes, but a
VPN service fixes it completely. ISPs monitor torrenting and send warnings (or throttle speeds). VPN encrypts traffic so ISP sees nothing. I torrent Linux distros (legal) but ISP was throttling me anyway. Got ExpressVPN, problem disappeared. Important: choose VPN that allows P2P (ExpressVPN does on all servers), has kill switch (if VPN drops, internet stops - prevents IP leak), doesn't log activity. Cost $6.67/month. Way cheaper than lawsuit or throttled internet.
